What are the delivery times?

Most orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will take 5 to 7 days to receive it.

How can I track my package?

You can directly click on the tracking link to see the progress of your order on our website in the "Order Tracking" section.

I still haven't received my order.

Sometimes a delay is possible.

Please wait a few more days, send us a message via the "Contact" section on our website or contact your postal service.

Reception

Your packages will arrive in your mailbox, during local mail delivery times.

If your package is too large, it will be delivered to you in person.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left, and you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

I received a damaged product

We always try to find the best quality products for our customers. However, many factors could have damaged your products during transportation.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by sending an email from our contact page to let us know about your problem and remember to attach photos/videos that can clearly show the problem.

Cancellation and return

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. To do so, contact us on our "Contact" page.

I wish to return an item

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

You must wait until you have received your package before requesting a refund.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days, depending on the payment method used.
