Return and Refund Policy

Return time
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original conditionand in its original packaging.


Returns not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous Material
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain personal care or health products

Required documents:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Do not return the product to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within a few days.


Delayed or missing refunds

  1. Check your bank account first.
  2. Then contact your credit card company.
  3. Then your bank (possible processing time).

Items sold (if applicable)

Only full-priced items are refundable.
Promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gifts

🎁If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you will receive an equivalent voucher once the item is returned.
If the item was ordered by someone else, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.

🚚Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

📦For any item over €75, we recommend a tracking service or parcel insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of the return without proof of shipment.
